After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will let you know where your parcel is currently located.

You are in a UK store. Please go to another store (by clicking on the flags at the bottom of this page) for delivery to other countries. If your country is not listed, select international store with worldwide shipping.

To reduce the use of paper, we send invoices only in electronic form. You will find the invoice in the e-mail confirming the payment of the order.

All payments are SSL-secured, which ensures the protection and confidentiality of data transmitted electronically. We comply with applicable guidelines regarding the protection of personal data and legal provisions.

If an error occurred during your payment and your purchase could not be completed, please place your order again in the napogloves.co.uk store. The previous unpaid order will be canceled automatically.

My order

It is not possible to collect the product in person at the company’s headquarters.

The procedure for replacing the product is described in the returns tab. Please follow the instructions.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@napogloves.co.uk. Cancellation is only possible before the package has been shipped. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
